These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SunuCyberSecurity platform, a division of SunuTechnology, edited and operated by SunuTechnology, based in Dakar, Senegal.
Access to SunuCyberSecurity requires creating an account with a valid, verified email address. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
SunuCyberSecurity is exclusively intended for security testing on infrastructure that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to use SunuCyberSecurity to scan, test, or attack systems belonging to third parties without authorization. Any malicious use will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action.
The SunuEssential and SunuAdvanced plans are monthly subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time. The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features. The SunuElite plan is subject to a specific contract.
SunuCyberSecurity provides its services as-is. The user is solely responsible for the use of scan results and any actions taken based on the reports provided. SunuCyberSecurity cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
All elements of the platform (code, reports, methodologies, trademarks) are the exclusive property of SunuCyberSecurity. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
These Terms of Service are governed by Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Dakar shall have jurisdiction.
