These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SunuCyberSecurity platform, a division of SunuTechnology based in Dakar, Senegal. By creating an account, you agree to them.
To use SunuCyberSecurity, you need an account with a valid, verified email address. The information you provide needs to be accurate, and your credentials are yours to keep — don't share them.
SunuCyberSecurity is built to test the security of your own infrastructure — or infrastructure you have explicit written authorization to test. That's the only use we allow.
Scanning, testing, or attacking systems that aren't yours, without authorization, is strictly forbidden. We take this seriously: any malicious use leads to immediate account suspension, and may result in legal action.
The SunuLight, SunuEssential, and SunuAdvanced plans are monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime, no commitment required. The Free plan stays available indefinitely, with limited features. SunuElite is handled through a dedicated contract tailored to your needs.
Our services are provided as-is. You're solely responsible for how you use scan results and any actions you take based on our reports. We can't be held liable for indirect damages.
The platform's code, reports, methodologies, and trademarks belong exclusively to us. Reproducing or using them without authorization isn't allowed.
These Terms are governed by Senegalese law. If a disagreement comes up, we always look for an amicable solution first. Failing that, the courts of Dakar have jurisdiction.
